If you wish to return your WiseWhisker product, please contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website or by emailing: within fifteen (15) days of receipt for refund consideration and to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.  If fifteen (15) days have passed after date of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  Also, please note that personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.


You are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a return shipping label via FedEx and deduct the shipping cost from your refund. Please note, return shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may incur additional shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping your return be sure to use a reputable shipper that provide tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking/cleaning fee.  Items returned damaged or missing packaging are subject to an additional fee which will be deducted from the refund. We do not accept returns on any item not in its original condition, in the original box and/or any item that is used, damaged, or missing parts.


Upon inspection and refund approval, the original purchasing process and/or credit card and card number used to purchase your merchandise will be credited within 7-10 business days.

Manufacturer’s defect:

If you believe you received a product with a manufacture defect please email a photo and description of the product to IMPORTANT: Defective products must be communicated to our office within three (3) days of delivery. A photo is required. WiseWhisker reserves the right to decide whether the product is defective, chewed or otherwise damaged and not a defect.



Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refuse shipments resulting in an item being returned to shipper will be charged for shipping fees and any additional fees incurred from the carrier. We are not responsible for customer incorrect address package loss. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Wholesale customers:

We do not accept dropship returns for wholesale accounts and the item must be returned to your store and placed in your inventory.

Third party sellers:

If you purchased your WiseWhisker product through a third-party source, you must coordinate the return with that source. Be sure to review an individual seller’s return policy before making a purchase.
